Tyler D. Coombe is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice and White Collar Defense & Special Investigations Practice, focusing on international law, anti-corruption, corporate internal investigations and compliance, complex commercial litigation, electronic discovery and data management, and labor and employment. Mr. Coombe has represented major U.S. and foreign corporations in numerous internal investigations and compliance matters, including matters involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act compliance in over 15 countries on five continents. Tyler has deep experience conducting risk assessments and compliance evaluations, performing pre- and post-acquisition due diligence and integration, and partnering with clients to design, build, and implement anti-corruption compliance programs. Also, being a member of the firm's class action defense team, Tyler has assisted in the defense of dozens of employment and consumer class actions in state and federal courts across the United States.
