Paul Heering

Paul Heering is the Vice President of Core Systems & Technology Architecture at Bierman ABA. Paul has over fifteen years of experience working in the field of behavior analysis. Paul began their career as a Supervising Behavior Analyst at R Plus, where they supervised the implementation of behavior support plans and conducted functional assessments. Paul then became the Director of Clinical Systems at May Institute, where they oversaw the development and implementation of behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. In their current role at Bierman ABA, Paul is responsible for overseeing the technology systems that support the organization's behavioral health programs.

Paul Heering's educational career includes a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western New England University. Paul is also certified by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Paul Heering reports to Courtney Bierman, President. They are on a team with Karla Webster - Director, Outreach, Amanda DiPietro - VP, New Market Development, and Emily Roche - VP, Revenue Cycle & Contracting.
