Paul Heering

Paul Heering is a professional with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis. Paul has held various roles such as VP of Core Systems & Technology Architecture at Bierman ABA, Director of Clinical Systems at May Institute, and Behavioral and Educational Team Supervisor at Evergreen Center. Paul has extensive experience in designing and implementing educational programs for individuals with developmental delays, conducting functional assessments, and developing behavior support plans. Paul holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Western New England University.
