Carly Smith

Carly Smith holds a Chartered Member CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resources and possesses extensive experience in HR and commercial management. At Biffa, Carly has served as Head of HR (Interim), Human Resources Business Partner, and HR Advisor since January 2019. Prior experience includes managing the HR function for over 300 employees at The Ridgeway Learning Partnership and commercial management roles at Gap Inc. and Marks and Spencer, where Carly achieved notable turnovers in flagship stores. Carly's academic background includes a BA Hons. in Drama and Film from the University of Kent, along with an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from West Herts College.
