Kirsty Leitch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business improvement, customer relationship management, and property management. Currently serving as a Business Improvement Manager at Biffa since September 2021, Kirsty previously held the role of Customer Relationship Manager at Viridor, managing key commercial contracts in both public and private sectors. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Conrad Consulting, specializing in the recruitment of surveying and property professionals, and various property management roles at DJ Alexander, Rettie & Co., and Murray & Currie Ltd., where responsibilities included project management and effective communication with clients.
