Mandy Eaton-Vale

Mandy Eaton-Vale has extensive experience in credit control, currently serving as a Senior Credit Controller at Biffa since May 2012. In this role, Mandy manages a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices to maximize cash collection and minimize aged debt. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to best practices. Prior to Biffa, Mandy worked as a Credit Controller at COFELY UK - GDF SUEZ GROUP and held administrative and credit control roles at Bearing Traders. Mandy has a strong educational background with 7 O'Levels from Lady Verney High School.
