The leadership team at Biffa has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. The head of IS has experience working at Greenstar, while the group chief financial officer has worked at BOPARAN HOLDINGS LIMITED and 2 Sisters Food Group. The interim group COO & CFO has worked at nH2 Limited, while the managing director has worked at British Sugar. The group finance director has worked at AB Sugar. All members of the team have received advanced management training from INSEAD.
