Billy Henry

Billy Henry is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Capital Markets at Big 4 Properties since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in Advisory Services at EY and an Associate at Aventine Property Group, formerly Treehouse Real Estate Investment Trust. Billy also held a brief position as the Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Walgreens and participated in the company's Financial Development Program, completing rotations across various finance teams. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Billy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2016 and attended St. Rita of Cascia High School prior to that.
