Prior roles include positions as a Senior Financial Advisor at RBC and a Financial Advisor at Scotiabank. Mills began a career in the financial sector at Scotiabank while also gaining experience as a Customer Service Associate. Early career experience includes management roles at Greenhorizons Sod Farms and academic involvement as a University Marker/Grader at Brock University. Rob Mills holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Economics degree from Brock University, completed in 2019.
