Alyssa Roberts is an experienced professional currently serving as a Content Coordinator and previously as a Gear Specialist at Big Agnes Inc since April 2022. Prior to that role, Alyssa worked as a Ski Technician at Steamboat Resort from November 2021 to April 2022 and as a Boat Rental Agent at Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas between May 2021 and March 2022, where exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills were essential. Alyssa's earlier experience includes internships and assistant roles at ARE Concepts, Terri K. Hinks, PLLC, the State Attorney's Office, and the Office of the State Attorney in the 8th Judicial Circuit, focusing on marketing, legal support, and case organization. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Mississippi, where attendance spanned from 2018 to 2021, after graduating from Seabreeze High School in 2018.

At our core, we want to inspire you to get outside and find the same appreciation for the backcountry we have. In 2001, Big Agnes started without a real plan, but with a mission: Make the best gear possible to help folks like you get outside and chase your dreams. Respected industry vets told us we were crazy, and the camping market was “too saturated”. Still, we were driven to make better gear and be apart of some really cool adventures, so we kept at it. Based in a ski town in northwestern Colorado, our backyard is an outdoor paradise with testing grounds right out our front door. The Continental Divide Trail is home to some of our favorite trails for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. The Mount Zirkel Wilderness beckons us with its high alpine summits; its highest peak is the inspiration behind the company’s name. A stone’s throw from our office flows the Yampa River. Most lunch hours you’ll find an office quiet enough to hear a pin drop while we’re out finding fresh air or tracks testing the gear you’ll be using for your own adventures.
