Prior to this role, Abdul Qaher held positions such as Project Control at G. Stephens Inc., Site Superintendent at IRGANG GROUP / NYACK LLC, and Project Manager at Sabawoon Salim (SSCC) Construction Company. With a background in Civil Engineering from Kabul University, Abdul has extensive experience in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they meet code standards.
