Big Art Loop is transforming San Francisco into an open-air art gallery that's free and accessible to everyone. Over 3 years we are placing up to 100 temporary large-scale works of art in a 34 mile walkable and bikeable loop around the city. 

Our big art movement sparks connection, fuels economic vitality, and celebrates San Francisco’s spirit of creativity and innovation. We’re building on San Francisco’s legacy as a bold, creative city while contributing to its renaissance. 

Founded and funded by the Sijbrandij Foundation, Big Art Loop partners with city agencies, artists, and community organizations to bring existing large-scale artworks out of storage. We’re transforming everyday spaces into destinations that inspire wonder and bring communities together.
