Chris Ryan has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Field Sales Representative and previously as an Inside Sales Representative at Big Ass Fans since January 2021. Prior to this role, Chris held positions at S&S Tire from June 2014 to July 2020, focusing on B2B sales and customer interactions. Chris's earlier career included sales roles at Auto Plaza USA and Rossi's, as well as a position as a Salesperson at The Walking Company, where shoe and accessory sales were the primary focus. Chris holds a degree from the University of Kentucky, attended from 2006 to 2010, and graduated from Milford High School in 2006.

In 1999, Big Ass Fans was born. Kind of. Then called the HVLS Fan Co. (that’s High Volume, Low Speed), we first made our mark selling massive ceiling fans. The fans kept large spaces that lacked air conditioning, such as factories and dairy barns, feeling cool and comfortable by moving large volumes of air at a low speed. Then we took it a step further by automating personal comfort and adding SenseME technology to our residential fans.
