Jason Bishop

Jason Bishop is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded systems and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Big Ass Fans since October 2013, Jason has a strong background in firmware design for embedded control devices, developed during a previous position as a Software Engineer at a private company from 2013 to 2021. Prior to this, a career at Audio Authority spanned over 17 years, encompassing roles such as Project Engineer, Applications Specialist, Field Installation Specialist, and Display Builder, where responsibilities included circuit design, embedded software development, project management, and customer coordination. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and has additional degrees in Computer Science/Mathematics and Engineering Technology.
