Lee Turner is an experienced operations professional with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades in various roles within the manufacturing and production sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Big Ass Fans since February 2023, Lee previously held positions at 3M as a Production Team Member and at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included Production Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Materials Analyst. Lee's career began at Avantor Performance Materials B.V. as a Buyer/Planner, providing a strong foundation in supply chain management.
