Peter Maley

Peter Maley is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a team of 30 at Big Ass Fans since August 2015, where notable contributions include improvements to development processes. Peter served on the Board of Directors for Thread Group from January 2016 to June 2017 and was a software engineering manager at Legrand Home Systems from June 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing international teams, establishing a software development center in Slovakia, and implementing agile methodologies. Prior to that, Peter worked as a design engineer at NuVo Technologies, focusing on software architecture and integration for digital audio amplifiers, and held earlier roles at Cypress Semiconductor and Thomson Multimedia. Peter holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
