Jay Edwards has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jay is currently the Director of Operations - Food & Beverage at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Prior to this, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at Evermore Park from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Copper Mountain Resort, where they oversaw multiple food and beverage offerings and developed new concepts for future restaurants. Before that, Jay was the Director of Restaurant Operations at The Sea Pines Resort from 2016 to 2018, managing various restaurant outlets with a total annual sales volume of $16M. Jay also held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront from 2012 to 2016. Jay has additional experience as Acting General Manager at Tucanos Brazilian Grill, General Manager/Partner at OddBalls! Wood Fired Burgers, and Market Partner (Area Director) at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, including staff development, financial management, and strategic planning.

Jay Edwards holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comprehensive Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Western Colorado University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Business Administration with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western State University of Colorado. Furthermore, they have obtained the Certified Sommelier Level 1 certification from the Court of Master Sommelier's, which was awarded to him in September 2014 by the Masters of Sommelier institution.
