Cal Campbell possesses extensive experience in the purchasing sector, primarily with Big Boy Restaurants International, LLC, where involvement spans from December 1974 to the present. In this role, Cal has managed a diverse array of products including foodservice, retail, smallwares, packaging, and a variety of food items such as dairy, seafood, and bakery products. Prior to this, Cal contributed to Elias Brothers Restaurants Inc. in the restaurant industry from July 1966 to December 1974. Cal's educational background includes a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Political Science and Economics from Wayne State University, attended from 1970 to 1973, and prior studies at Macomb Community College from 1969 to 1970.
