Michael Fulks possesses extensive culinary expertise, currently serving as Production Manager at Big Boy Restaurant since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Production Chef at Nuvue Foods from July 2018 to January 2023, Executive Chef at Truth for several months in 2018, and Executive Chef in Corporate Dining from February 2013 to February 2018. Michael's culinary journey began in the US Navy as a Culinary Specialist from January 2008 to January 2012. Education includes two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Macomb Community College, one in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and another in Baking and Pastry Arts.
