Steve Mansfield

Steve Mansfield has extensive experience in account management, customer service, and fleet management within the tire and automotive service industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Specialist and Wholesale/Fleet Account Manager at Big Brand Tire & Service since September 2014, Steve focuses on account retention and lead acquisition for new fleet connections. Prior roles include Customer Service responsibilities where Steve honed skills in vehicle fitment and service issue resolution, along with managing wholesale orders and enhancing customer communication. Earlier experience at American Tire Distributors as a Customer Service Representative involved building strong relationships with accounts and ensuring exceptional service. Steve holds a General Education degree from Adolfo Camarillo High School, earned between 1980 and 1985.
