Hanna S. is an experienced program manager with a strong background in social work and community engagement. Currently serving at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC since July 2016, Hanna S. manages a caseload of 55 mentee-mentor matches and conducts psychosocial assessments to identify behavioral health risks. Previous experience includes roles at the NYC Department of Education, where Hanna S. implemented de-escalation tactics and provided counseling for at-risk students, and various internships focused on community service, youth mentoring, and advocacy. Hanna S. holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University.
