Meaghan McLaughlin

Meaghan McLaughlin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and performing arts organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, Meaghan's responsibilities include reconciling approximately $10 million in revenue and maintaining restricted net asset schedules. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Day One New York and multiple positions at Brooklyn Academy of Music, where Meaghan conducted revenue audits and analysis to support funding applications. Additionally, experience as an usher at Second Stage Theatre and various finance-related roles at Manhattan Theatre Club and Dramatists Play Service, Inc. contribute to a well-rounded background in financial management and the performing arts. Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Theatre Arts in Performing Arts Management from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting at Zicklin School of Business.
