Nicole Ferrucci is an accomplished professional with a strong background in community program management and youth development. Currently serving as the Workplace Group Mentoring Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC since September 2021, Nicole previously held roles such as Youth Program Coordinator at EDSI and ADP Counselor at Post University.
