Michele Molano

Michele Molano is the Chief Operating Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence. Michele also serves on the Governing Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region. Additionally, Michele works at Compass Pro Bono as a Project Advisor and Project Leader. In the past, Michele held various leadership roles at Merck, including Global Leader, Chief of Staff, and Global Brand Leader. Michele holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in German from The Ohio State University.
