Program Management and Coordination

The Program Management and Coordination team at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, enrollment, and matching of mentors with children in the community and schools. They ensure that mentoring relationships are effective and provide ongoing support to both mentors and mentees, facilitating program success and child development in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and parts of New Jersey. The team also collaborates with educational institutions to promote the school-based mentoring programs, enhancing academic and social outcomes for the children served.
