Diana Beste

Diana Beste is a seasoned professional in strategic philanthropy and grant writing, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Philanthropy at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Grant Writer at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council, where Diana managed a $2 million annual grant portfolio and contributed to a $12 million capital campaign, and at Communities In Schools of Houston, overseeing a $2 million grant portfolio while producing reports for educational stakeholders. Earlier, as Development Coordinator at Writers in the Schools, Diana coordinated fundraising and marketing for a $1.2 million organization and enhanced its digital presence. Diana holds a degree in English Literature from Trinity University.
