Michael O'Teter is the Chief Program Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the field of child and family services. Michael began their career as a Youth Specialist at the Waco Center for Youth. Michael then became the Director of Admissions and Auxiliary Services at the Lena Pope Home. In 1989, they became the Vice President of Programs at Presbyterian Children's Services, where they served for 12 years. In 2001, they became the Interim Program Clinician at Southwest Key Program, where they were responsible for individual and group counseling for all clients in the residential treatment program temporarily located in Dallas, Texas. Michael has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star since October 2001.
