Carolyn Griffith is a finance professional with extensive experience in grant accounting and fiscal analysis. Currently serving as the Federal Grant Accountant for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since September 2020, Carolyn contributes to a mission-driven organization that focuses on mentoring children facing adversity. Prior experience includes a role as Fiscal/Budget Analyst (Contract Compliance) at the Children's Board of Hillsborough County, where Carolyn supported local nonprofit organizations and early intervention programs from February 2015 to September 2020. Additionally, Carolyn held positions as Market Research Manager at Whitewater Realty Advisors and Financial Operations Analyst at Calton & Associates, Inc. Carolyn Griffith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business in 2012.
