Kimberly Hollingsworth

Kimberly Hollingsworth is an experienced professional in program development and impact, currently serving as the Director of Program Development and Scale at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since May 2023. Kimberly has held various positions within the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, including Project Coordinator and Corporate/Site Based Match Support Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, respectively. Additionally, Kimberly has been a Manager at L.A. Export Group since July 2020 and worked as an ESL Instructional Assistant at Columbus City Schools from 2005 to 2007. Academically, Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University.
