Sean Duane, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, contributing to HR operations that support the organization's mission of youth mentorship. Previous experience includes roles as Division Recruiter for The Nature Conservancy, where Sean centralized recruitment processes, and Recruiter at Shopify, successfully hiring over 25 Product Managers. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at ACTS, Sean managed the full-cycle recruitment for a behavioral healthcare non-profit.
