Kimberly Rygielski has extensive experience in supply chain management and product development within the horticultural industry, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain for the Growing Media South Region and as Director of Product Development for Consumer/Pro Soils at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since January 2007. In previous roles, Kimberly led the North American R&D team, managed various product categories with significant budget oversight, and served as a Senior Engineer focusing on product formulation within the company's lawn and wild bird food divisions. Prior to that, experience includes positions at Intel Corporation, contributing to the launch of a new factory and process improvements, and as a Process Engineer at MeadWestvaco. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
