Lakeasha Smith has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Lakeasha most recently worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado as the Director of Strategic Partnerships starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing & Community Relations Consultant for an unspecified company from June 2014 to February 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as the Media & Community Relations Manager at Project Angel Heart from July 2007 to January 2011.
Lakeasha Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Technical Communications/PR from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Lakeasha further pursued their education at Emerson College from 2002 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Global Marketing and Advertising Communications.
