Michael Kirkland is an experienced leader with a robust background in community engagement and youth development. As the Director and Founder of Six Pack Sports, LLC since December 2008, Michael has fostered a vibrant community of 2,400 active professionals in the Denver and Boulder areas, overseeing all business operations. Concurrently, Michael serves as a Team Lead for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, focusing on the Sports Buddies program to create impactful relationships for children facing adversity. Previous roles include Kids Manager at Life Time Fitness and Vail Development Team Coach at Vail Resorts. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
