Tammy Alls currently serves as the Recruitment and Partnerships Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee, where efforts focus on connecting volunteers with youth in need of mentorship. In addition to this role, Tammy has been a Local Artisan at Blowfish Emporium since 2009 and a board member for Bristol's Promise since its inception. Previously, Tammy held the position of Director of Mission Advancement at YWCA Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for nearly 24 years, managing various programs and fundraising initiatives. Earlier in Tammy's career, roles included counseling at Holston Home for Children, and serving as Recreational Activities Director and Activities Specialist at Central Appalachia Services/Frontier Health. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, and Life Skills Counseling from East Tennessee State University.
