Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States.  Our mission is to build trusting and enduring relationships that encourage and support young people.

The Partnership Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is responsible for fostering and managing strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, community organizations, and donors. This team works to secure funding, resources, and collaborative opportunities that support the organization's mission of building lasting, positive relationships for young people. Additionally, they plan and execute events and campaigns to enhance community engagement and support for the mentoring programs.
