Jessica Bush Esterkamp

Jessica Bush Esterkamp serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati, overseeing services to 1,000 at-risk youth across 13 counties. Jessica is also the Founder and President of SAFESTAFF, a woman-owned business providing national safety staffing solutions, particularly in construction, manufacturing, and power facilities. Previously, Jessica held various leadership roles at The Matrix Companies, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where efforts resulted in significant company growth and recognition. Earlier career experiences include positions at Labor Works and City Dash, focusing on sales and client service management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and additional training from The Narrative Enneagram.
