Enrollment and Match Support Team

The Enrollment and Match Support Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island (BBBSLI) is responsible for recruiting and enrolling volunteers and youth into the program, as well as providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure successful and impactful one-to-one mentoring relationships. They work diligently to match Bigs (mentors) with Littles (mentees) and support these matches through regular check-ins, guidance, and resources to help each child achieve their full potential.
