Fonseca D. Woodruff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, business solutions, and customer implementation. Currently serving as a Big Ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and as a Business Owner at CICO Park Agency since 2001, Fonseca has also contributed to various media ventures, including award-winning filmmaking. Previously, Fonseca held senior roles at Cencora, delivering exceptional client management for significant pharmaceutical and medical supply accounts, and at McKesson, where successful implementations were managed for numerous healthcare facilities. Other notable roles include Training Implementation Specialist at Rollins, Inc., and Customer Service Trainer at Alorica, where high training and performance standards were achieved.
