Susan Ball

Susan Ball has extensive experience in business development and donor engagement, currently serving as a Donor Engagement Volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee since June 2024. Prior to this role, Susan was the Director of Business Development at Sikich from February 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included cultivating relationships with middle market organizations and providing marketing support. Susan also held positions at Schenck SC as Senior Manager and Business Development Executive, Associated Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking, Highland Development Company as Vice President of Marketing, Bank One as Vice President of Commercial Banking, and American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago as President/Executive Vice President overseeing the Milwaukee bank. Susan holds a BS with Honors in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
