Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization. Comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Development Officer, this team focuses on fundraising, financial stewardship, and organizational growth to enhance mentoring programs. They work collaboratively to empower staff, engage the community, and ultimately ensure that every child receives the support they need to realize their full potential.
