Jackie Cuevas is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire since April 2017, Jackie collaborates with the VP of People & Culture on strategies related to talent management and leadership development while playing a pivotal role in the hiring process. Additionally, Jackie is a Career Content Creator for TikTok, having built a substantial following by producing content focused on job searching and career development, while also engaging with various brands and educational institutions. Previous roles include Recruiting Manager at Identified Talent Solutions, Recruiter at ZTNet Solutions, and Customer Service Representative at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. Jackie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
