Jessica G. has extensive experience in family and community engagement, currently serving as the Family Engagement Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire since April 2021, following a role as Family Resource Specialist. Prior to this position, Jessica G. worked at Orange County Head Start, Inc. from August 2018 to April 2021, where roles included Parent, Family, Community Engagement Supervisor, Coordinator, and Advocate. Jessica's career began in the hospitality sector at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, where the roles spanned from Front Desk Agent to General Manager from May 2012 to August 2018. Big Brothers Big Sisters believes every child is born with potential.
