Enrollment and Recruitment Team

The Enrollment and Recruitment Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enrolling volunteers and youth into the mentoring programs. They manage outreach efforts, conduct interviews, and facilitate matching processes to ensure the formation of successful and impactful one-to-one mentoring relationships. This team ensures a steady flow of capable mentors and eager mentees to help fulfill the organization's mission of empowering youth to achieve their full potential.
