The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County serves children, ages 7 through 18, in six distinct programs:  Amachi, Bigs in Schools, Community Mentoring, High School Bigs, Operation Bigs and Sports Bigs.

The Enrollment and Support Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County is responsible for recruiting and enrolling both youth and volunteers into their mentoring programs. This team ensures successful matches by providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to both mentors and mentees, fostering meaningful relationships that empower youth to reach their full potential. Through their dedicated efforts, they enhance program effectiveness and help create lasting impacts within the community.
