Bill Fuller

Bill Fuller has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Bill started their career in 1985 at Occidental Restaurant as a Line Cook, where they worked until 1992. In 1992, they began working at the University of California, Berkeley as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant until 1994. In 1995, Bill joined the big Burrito Restaurant Group as a Sous Chef and was later promoted to Executive Chef. In 2000, they became the Corporate Executive Chef and then moved up to the position of President in 2018.

Bill Fuller has a Master of Science degree in Synthetic Bioinorganic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from George Mason University, studying from 1987 to 1992. In 1986, Bill took courses in Theory and Technique at L'Academie de Cuisine in the field of Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General.
