Manuela di Felice

Manuela Di Felice is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Assistant at Big Bus Tours since September 2016, with prior experience as a Customer Care Assistant in the same company. Manuela has also worked as a Group Leader at MLA Move Language Ahead in July 2016, providing support for students on study vacations abroad, and as a Marketing and Customer Care Assistant at Luna Partner from March to May 2015, focusing on customer care and translation of websites into English and German. Earlier experience includes a role as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Confartigianato Imprese Ancona - Pesaro e Urbino in late 2012, where support was provided in maintaining web and social channels and implementing newsletters for clients. Manuela holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages for Communication and International Cooperation from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo.
