Phil Boggon

Phil Boggon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and CEO at Big Bus Tours since November 2015, Phil oversees global operations across 23 cities, managing nearly 2,000 team members and a fleet of over 450 vehicles. Prior roles include Executive Vice President for Western Europe, where responsibility included P&L management for major cities, and Managing Director of London, focusing on market share and EBITDA growth. Previously, Phil held leadership positions at Cosmos Holidays, Expedia, and Thomas Cook UK, among others, demonstrating a consistent track record of strategic planning, operational excellence, and significant financial performance improvement throughout a career that began with a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Northumbria University.
