Justin Threats has a diverse work experience beginning in 2004 with the United States Air Force as a Crew Supervisor. In 2013, they moved to Loft on Lake as an Event and Social Media Manager. In 2015, they joined Starcom as a Marketing Data Analyst. Justin then moved to Match Marketing Group in 2016 as a Digital Media Analyst. In 2017, they became a Digital Marketing Manager at RPM Advertising. In 2018, Justin joined MERGE as a Lead Decision Scientist (Digital Analytics and Strategy) and Senior Marketing Analyst. In 2020, they were an Analytics Manager at Big Chalk Analytics and is currently the Regional Director of Analytics at Curaleaf.
Justin Threats has a diverse educational background. Justin obtained an Associate's degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Maintenance from the Community College of the Air Force between 2004 and 2013. Justin then earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Loyola University Chicago between 2014 and 2017. Lastly, they earned a Master of Science in Business Data and Analytics from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago in 2020. In addition, Justin Threats has obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn and one from Google, which they obtained in 2017.
