Big Change
Freddie Morton-Hooper is an experienced leader in community engagement and the arts, currently serving as Head of Community at Big Change since July 2017, where the organization focuses on supporting young people through systemic change. Prior roles include Community Manager at PROPERCORN, where responsibilities encompassed various sales leadership positions, and Associate Artist at Tap Tap Theatre, participating in prominent children's theatre productions. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant at Dulwich College involved facilitating diverse lessons and managing sports teams. Freddie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Bristol and notable A-level qualifications from Dulwich College.
