Alî Uzun is currently the Operations Manager at Happy Group, where their focus is on success in operational excellence. They also serve as the Head Chef at Ulus Gida and have held similar roles at HuQQabaz Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş and BIGCHEFS Cafe&Brasserie since 2017.
