Previously, Michael held leadership positions at BMO Harris Bank, serving as Director and Private Bank Marketing Segment Leader from October 2014 to December 2017, and as Market Manager, overseeing mortgage lending strategies across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Michael's extensive banking experience includes over 24 years at Wells Fargo Bank, where roles ranged from Retail Banking Area President/Senior Vice President to Vice President/District Manager, achieving significant awards for performance and leadership. Additionally, Michael contributed as a board member for City Year Milwaukee from 2009 to 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University.
